Heat Is the Big One

Goodyear runs a few degrees hotter than the east side of town on a lot of summer days. When the water gets into the 90s, chlorine burns off fast. Algae can take hold in a couple of days. PebbleCreek is one of the biggest 55+ communities in the West Valley. Many homes there have private pools and spas. A lot of owners spend summers somewhere cooler. We keep those pools on schedule while they’re gone. The pool is ready when they come back.

Goodyear Ballpark brings Reds and Guardians fans to town every spring, and a lot of nearby homes are short-term rentals. For those, we recommend cleaning twice a week. Guests swim a lot, and they don’t look after a pool the way an owner would. More visits keep the water safe and help you earn good reviews.

Builder Pools Aren’t Always Set Up Right

With so many new homes, we see a lot of builder-installed pools. We often find timers set wrong, salt levels off, or chemistry that was never balanced after the first fill. If you just moved into a new build, have us take a look. It’s better to fix it now than wait for a problem.

Hard Water Out West

The West Valley has some of the hardest water around. When you top off the pool, you add more calcium. It shows up as white crust on the tile and scale inside your salt cell and heater. We balance the water every week to slow it down. When a salt cell gets coated, we clean it so it keeps making chlorine.

Water Features and Spas

A lot of newer Goodyear pools have a spa, a sheer descent, or a rock waterfall. Those look great, but they add more pumps, valves, and lines to keep track of. We check that the valves are set right and the features run the way they should.

Do you service pools in Estrella?

Yes. Estrella is one of the areas we cover most. Many homes there back up to the mountains or the lakes. That means more wind and more debris in the pool. We plan for that on every visit.

My pool turned green while I was on vacation. Can you fix it?

Yes. In Goodyear heat, a pool can go green in less than a week without care. We’ll come out, treat it, and clean the filter. Most green pools are back to clear in a few days. Then we can keep it on a weekly schedule so it doesn’t happen again.

Do I need to be home when you come?

No. Most of our customers aren’t home. We just need access to the backyard. You’ll get an emailed report with the details after each visit.
