Pool Cleaning & Maintenance in Peoria, AZ
Peoria is a mix of old and new. You’ve got older homes near the middle of town. You’ve got newer homes up by Vistancia. Every spring, baseball fans fill the city for Padres and Mariners spring training. We service pools all over town, old homes and new.
Two Different Kinds of Pools, One Crew
- Older homes near the center of Peoria usually have standard pumps and filters. Those need closer watching as they age.
- Newer homes in Vistancia usually have variable-speed pumps and salt systems. They run quieter but still need regular checks.
- Either way, we check equipment, test water, and clean on the same weekly schedule.

Spring Training Season
Late winter into spring, Peoria fills up fast. Baseball fans come for the games. A lot of our customers want their pool ready before family shows up too. If you’re hosting, just let us know. We’ll make sure your pool looks good before the crowd gets there.
Arizona’s water is hard all year, not just during baseball season. Hard water builds calcium scale on tile and inside equipment. That happens fast if the chemistry isn’t checked often. So we check it every visit, whether it’s March or August.
Monsoon Season Cleanup
Peoria gets its share of monsoon storms from July through September. One storm can dump enough leaves and dirt into a pool to clog a skimmer basket overnight. If a storm hits between your regular visits, just call us. We’ll come check your equipment and clear it out. You won’t have to wait for your normal day. For what to do before we get there, read our monsoon pool guide.
HOAs and Rentals Too
Peoria has a lot of HOA communities and vacation rentals. You’ll find them around Vistancia and near the spring training complex. We service those pools too, not just single-family homes. If you manage a rental or shared pool, we can work around your calendar.
For Airbnb and short-term rentals, we usually recommend cleaning twice a week. People visiting Arizona want to swim, even in the cooler months. A rental pool gets used a lot more than a family pool does. That means more frequent water tests and more chemicals to keep it safe and clear.
It’s also true that renters don’t always treat a pool the way an owner would. Things get tossed in, filters get clogged, and chemistry swings fast. Extra visits catch that before your next guest shows up. Rental managers can pull up the pool’s service history, dosing records, and invoices (HOA boards can see the same records) in our customer portal. A clean pool helps you earn good reviews. A dirty one can bring bad reviews and fewer bookings.
Apartment and HOA pools see heavy use too. We recommend service several times a week for those (more on our commercial pool service page), so the water stays balanced and the pool always looks good for residents. HOA and other commercial pools are set up on a contract. Home service is month to month.
Plans and Coverage
What you pay depends on pool size, condition, and how often we come out. A rental on a twice-a-week schedule costs more than a family pool once a week. Our plan options lay it all out. If something breaks between visits, our repair team handles it. We quote the job before we start.
Our Peoria office is at 9516 N 96th Ln, Peoria, AZ 85382 (see it on the map). We’re open Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm. We’re also open Saturday, 9am to 3pm. What Your First Visit Looks Like
On the first visit, we check the whole system first. We don’t just look at the water. For newer Vistancia homes, that means checking the salt cell and pump settings. For older homes near the center of town, we check plaster and look for wear from years of Arizona summers. After that, the same tech comes back every week. Small problems get caught early. They don’t turn into a big repair bill.
We’ll Flag Safety Issues Too
Peoria has a lot of young families. If we notice a gate latch that doesn’t close right, or a pool fence that’s come loose, we’ll tell you. It’s not a formal inspection. It’s just something we keep an eye on while we’re already there every week.
We bring our own chemicals and gear to every visit. No need to keep anything on hand. Just point us to the pool and we handle the rest. If you’re not home, that’s fine too. Most of our Peoria customers aren’t around when we come by. Either way, you get an emailed report after each visit.
Do you service pools out in Vistancia?
Yes. Vistancia is one of the bigger newer developments we cover in Peoria. Most homes out there have variable-speed pumps and salt systems, and we service those the same as anywhere else in town.
NextGen Pool Care holds Arizona ROC license #356379. We’re bonded and fully insured too.
