Commercial Pool Service
A commercial pool gets a lot more use than a backyard pool. More swimmers means the water changes faster. The filter fills up sooner. And people notice when something’s off. We take care of pools for apartments, HOAs, vacation rentals, and businesses all over the Valley. We’re locally owned and family run, with more than 20 years in the pool business.
Pools We Service
- Apartment and condo complexes
- HOA community pools and spas
- Airbnb and short-term vacation rentals
- Hotels, gyms, and other businesses with a pool
- Property management companies with pools across town
Visits That Match How Busy Your Pool Is
A home pool usually does fine with one visit a week. A commercial pool usually doesn’t.
For apartment and HOA pools, we recommend service several times a week. Heavy use burns through chlorine. It also fills the water with sunscreen, sweat, and dirt. More visits keep the water safe. They also keep the pool looking good for residents every day, not just the day after we clean.
For Airbnb and short-term rentals, we usually recommend twice a week. Guests come to Arizona to swim, and they’ll use the pool almost any time of year. Renters also don’t always treat a pool the way an owner would. A clean pool helps you earn good reviews. A dirty one can bring bad reviews and fewer bookings.
We’ll look at your pool, how many people use it, and how it’s been holding up. Then we’ll suggest a schedule that fits.
What Each Visit Includes
- Skimming, brushing, and vacuuming
- Emptying skimmer and pump baskets
- Testing and balancing the water
- Checking the pump, filter, heater, and timer
- Cleaning the tile line
- Checking gates, ladders, handrails, and lights
Records You Can Pull Up Any Time
Public and semi-public pools in Maricopa County are inspected by the county. When an inspector shows up, you want your records ready.
Every test and every dose we add is logged in our system. After each visit you get an emailed report with a photo of the pool. Our customer portal keeps the full history of your water tests and what we added, in tables and graphs. You can also see past repairs, the status of open ones, your invoices, and your equipment details. Need to report a problem? Open a case in the portal and we’ll get on it.
For property managers with several pools, that means one place to check on all of them.
We Show Up
You’ve probably dealt with a pool company that may or may not come every week. We have a no-skipped-stops policy. If you’re on our schedule, we’re there. When we first start service, we can often come out the same day you call us for the first cleaning.
Starting Service
- Call or fill out a form. Tell us about your pool and how it’s used.
- Get a quote by phone. We’ll give you a free virtual quote.
- First visit. Our service manager does a full deep cleaning and a free 21-point inspection to make sure everything works the way it should.
- Regular service begins. Same crew, on the schedule we agreed on, with a report after every visit.
Commercial accounts are set up on a service agreement. That way both sides know what’s covered and how often we’ll be there. There are no hidden fees.
Repairs Without Calling Someone Else
When a pump fails at a busy pool, you can’t wait a week. Our repair team fixes pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, and standard pool electrical in-house. We bring in an electrician for anything more complex. We also do acid washes, drain and refills, leak detection, and green pool cleanups. You get a price before any work starts.
Where We Work
Our five offices cover the Valley, from Goodyear and Peoria to Central Phoenix and North Scottsdale. Commercial pools near the Glendale stadiums, rentals around Peoria’s spring training fields, and HOAs across the West Valley are all part of our regular routes. See our service areas for the office nearest you.
Common Questions
Do you work with property management companies?
Yes. We can service several properties on one account, and your managers can check each pool’s records in the portal.
Can you work around residents or guests?
Yes. We’ll plan visits around your busy hours, like early mornings before the pool opens.
What happens if the pool fails an inspection?
Call us right away. We’ll come out, find the problem, and fix it. Most failed checks come down to water balance, a broken gate latch, or a light that’s out. Those are quick fixes.
Do you service spas and hot tubs too?
Yes. Community spas get a lot of use and they run hot, so the water changes fast. We test and treat the spa on every visit, the same as the pool.
Do you bring the chemicals?
Yes. Chemicals come with the service. You don’t have to buy or store anything on site.
