Pool Service Areas Across the Phoenix Valley

NextGen Pool Care got its start in Glendale. Today we run five offices around the Valley. That puts a crew close to you on any side of town. Each office covers its own group of cities. Pick yours below to see what we do there and how to reach the local team.

West Valley

Our Glendale office at 6152 W Marconi Ave was our first. It covers three areas:

Glendale: lots of older pools. We also serve apartments, HOAs, and businesses.
Sun City: some of the oldest pools in the Valley. Many owners leave for the summer.
Sun City West: pools from the 80s and 90s. The pumps and plaster need a close look.

Our Peoria office at 9516 N 96th Ln handles Peoria. That means older homes in the middle of town and newer ones up in Vistancia. There are a lot of vacation rentals near the spring training fields, too.

Southwest Valley

Our Goodyear office at 17994 W Ocotillo Ave serves Goodyear, including Estrella, Palm Valley, and PebbleCreek. It runs hotter out here. Dust from open land clogs filters fast.

North Valley

Our North Phoenix office at 26824 N 64th Ln covers two fast-growing areas:

North Phoenix: Stetson Valley, Norterra, and Anthem. Lots of busy family pools.
Surprise: newer homes. Most pools have salt systems and new pumps.

Central Phoenix and Scottsdale

Our Biltmore office at 3221 E Coolidge St covers the east side:

Central Phoenix: Arcadia and the Biltmore area. Old pools under big citrus trees.
North Scottsdale: big pools with spas, vanishing edges, and smart controls.

Why Five Offices?

The Valley is big. A crew based in Goodyear can’t get to Scottsdale fast, and the other way around. Keeping an office in each part of town means shorter drives for our techs. That leaves more time at your pool.

Same Service Everywhere

The area changes, but the basics don’t. Every customer gets the same tech on the same day each week. We bring all the chemicals. After each visit, you get an emailed report from our service app. It shows what we checked and what we added to the water. Our customer portal keeps your full history, repair updates, and invoices in one place. Home service is month to month, with no long contract.

Weekly plans start at $145 a month. See the pricing page for all three plans. If something breaks, our repair team fixes pumps, heaters, filters, and salt systems for $85 an hour.

We also recommend extra visits for pools that get heavy use. For Airbnb and other short-term rentals, that’s usually twice a week. Apartment and HOA pools often need service several times a week to keep up with all the swimmers. See commercial pool service.
